Hey! Hi! Hello! How are you? How have you been? I have not abandoned this site. I will say that three times over, and still say it an extra time for good measure. Yesterday, I had a post planned. Unfortunately, I left my laptop in my sister's car, which she took to prom and to her friend's house for her post-prom plans. So here I am, writing and posting on the same day. Better late than never, right?
This week went relatively smoothly. I finalized my research topic, and I am currently in the process of writing a research proposal draft. The final proposal will be 10-15 pages of my research plan, and I have a little over a week to complete it. After my proposal is due, I am signed up to complete a practice LSAT that weekend. Needless to say, I will be a busy bee these remaining weeks, which reminds me...four weeks until the end of spring semester. Don't mind me, just jumping for joy over here.
Allison's prom was yesterday (Friday), and I was in charge of pictures. After that task was complete, I joined my family for some quaint Chinese food in town. Today (Saturday), my sister and I traveled to St. Simon's Island for some fun in the sun and a beachy shopping experience. I will be posting both of these stories' pictures in the coming weeks.
So, it is Easter weekend! Roll out all the colorful eggs, furry bunnies, rich chocolate, and pretty candies. Are you doing anything special for Easter? I am eating with my family tomorrow for an Easter get-together, working excessively hard on this proposal, being thankful for the mercy and faith of my religion, and enjoying the remainder of my weekend hours. Finally, my days in spring semester are numbered, and as always, things get hectic. However, I promise that I have not abandoned this corner of the internet. I see too many benefits to leave it behind. I do know one thing: It is my apartment's internet that has chosen to deem this site (Squarespace) unsecure. Since internet opportunities outside my apartment are limited, please be on the look out for the next post! Happy Easter to you and yours!
